Substance Abuse
LMC provides a substance free workplace. All candidates will undergo drug screening to determine any level of controlled substance. A confirmed positive drug test will result in disqualification and termination.
Background Checks
LMC will conduct a background check. This check may include verification with the Social Security Administration, criminal courts, credit bureaus, former employers, and other sources. Failure to provide information or falsification of information may result in disqualification or termination if discovered after hire.
Employment Interview
LMC may conduct several interviews with you to determine if you are the most qualified candidate and to provide more detailed information regarding your work history and qualifications.
